World Book Day 11/03/22
Welcome to the first Head Teacher Blog of this half term. The children have had an exciting start to the half term as Thursday 3rd March was World Book Day. A big ‘thank you’ to Mrs Farooq for organising such a good celebration of the day at Newhall Park.
As usual the children really enjoyed dressing up. Thank you for enabling this to happen. There were many, fantastic home made costumes. The children did World Book Day related activities all morning which was great. Hopefully they told you all about their learning.
In my blog in February I told you about the Safer Internet Day we were doing in school on 8TH February. The children worked really hard and Mr Bean has produced a display of some of the activities the children completed.
There will be lots of brilliant learning opportunities throughout the rest of the Spring Term. I look forward to receiving and reading your comments and wish you all a good weekend.
